Talent wins games but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.

One-word briefs

Talk about a loose brief. This idea gets creatives thinking in wildly different ways. When you get eight of them in a room, sharing where a single word took them, the results are eye-opening for them as well as everyone else.

Quick Friday Interviews (QFI)

Who knew the SVP of Strategy was a stuntwoman, regularly jumping out of planes and helicopters? Or that James in Finance played guitar with the E Street Band? The QFI featured 20 left-field questions, designed to help the whole agency get to know its people in different, conversation-starting ways. Friday afternoons would never be the same.

Monthly scores

We asked creatives to score their last month’s work satisfaction out of ten. Anything less than seven and we look at mixing things up. Great for keeping teams engaged—even greater for building team leaders’ confidence.

Heads Up Creative

There’s nothing like a monthly creative review to raise the profile of the Department within an agency. Looking at what inspires people and how this influences head-turning work shows colleagues, clients, and their customers what they could be getting, to drive demand for bigger, better, braver ideas. And it works..

Weekly 1-2-1 catch ups

Essential for staying on top of the good, getting ahead of the bad, and dealing with the downright ugly. These sessions are great for teams and even greater for team leaders.
